Those Panda Panda Panda boys have been gratious enough to provide you folk with some samples of their upcoming recording. You can check them out here.
From all reports, the Caloundra Music Festival was a great success. Anyone with photos of The Marsden Lees or Vagrant City Scandal, and want to do a review of them, or the festival, please feel free to send it on in.

26/10/09
The Floating Bridges and Rohan Nitschke will be playing The Music Kafe in Brisbane's West End on Sunday November 1st. Definitely worth checking that one out.

25/10/09
Looks like those Panda Panda Panda boys are experimenting and evolving their sound a bit with 3 of the Pandas doing vocals now. Interesting...
No podcast/vidcast this week.
The Point Party is looking better and better with the RSVPs that have come through. Pine Cone Throat's excited, we've got 7 to 8 bands doing acoustic performances, and fingers crossed for a rain-free night. Will have a special page dedicated to the party afterwards.

Bummer! The Point has just learned that Benny's (Technical Symplicity's drummer) birthday bash, which was to feature motocross, Technical Symplicity, The Floating Bridges, DJs, a local Rapper and more has been cancelled.
This has put a big dint in the plans to do a vidcast for this week from the party, so instead, this week's podcast will be done from the Technical Symplicity practice, and we'll get a live review of Drawcard's album launch last week at the Sands. Stay tuned for when it goes up.
