Formed in 2009 from the ashes of the thrash metal duo, Point Blank, this hard rock quartet from Caloundra is currently recording a new extended play, due for release later this year, titled: “Lethal Dose”.
Lestrange was the brainchild of front-man Rob Steel, who garnered widespread underground success on U.S. airwaves with his debut demo CD, “Strange Happenings”. The reformation of Point Blank’s hard hitting, ear-splittingly fast repartee, mixed with a strong classic rock influence quickly followed, with the recruitment of fellow teen thrashers: Alex, Denham and McGregor.
